Privacy Policy
This page explains what happens to your data while you read our review of Oshi's game library. In short, we run no accounts, take no deposits and never ask for your name, so there is very little to collect in the first place.
Who runs this site
This is an independent editorial site that reviews one online casino, Oshi, with the focus on its games: the studios, the formats and the way the lobby is organised. We are not Oshi and we are not Novatrix SRL, the company behind it. Nothing you do inside a casino account is visible to us.
What our server records
When a page loads, our hosting provider keeps a standard technical log: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the page that sent you here and the time of the visit. These entries help us keep the site online and spot abusive traffic. We do not use them to build a profile of you or to work out how you gamble.
Cookies and visit counts
You can read every page here without accepting cookies. If we switch on a measurement tool, it will count visits in aggregate, for example how many readers open the live casino section or the pokies guide, and you can block or delete its cookies in your browser without losing access to anything.
Clicking through to Oshi
Every Visit Oshi button on these pages leads straight to the casino's own site. The link may carry a tag showing that you came from this review, which is how affiliate sites earn their income. Once you land on Oshi, its privacy notice applies instead of ours, including anything you type at sign-up, in the cashier or in live chat.
How long we keep logs
Server logs are kept only as long as they are useful for security and troubleshooting, then deleted or overwritten. We do not sell or rent them, and we would hand them over only if the law required it. The site has no login forms or payment pages, which removes the usual ways personal data leaks from a website.
Your rights and future changes
Australian privacy law lets you ask what personal information a site holds about you. For a site without accounts that normally means server logs and nothing else, and we will tell you so plainly. If our practices change, for instance if we add a newsletter about new games, this page will be updated before that change goes live.
